Mission

 NGULU, Inc’s mission is to provide resources for those who face substance use/ mental health challenges or those who have dealt with any adverse life situation.  We are a resource to create big change in these individuals encouraging them to become productive members of their community.  We encourage and engage them to believe in themselves.
