A cell phone and a dream. David John Peters created the Facebook Page Never Give Up in April of 2020. When the Covid crisis hit in March of 2020, support groups, churches, and gyms all closed their doors. These were lifelines to those struggling with addiction and mental health issues. David filled that void by creating an online support group on Facebook called Never Give Up. Known as David John on the website, he reached out personally to many who were struggling and made a huge impact in their lives. Today his support group has over 15,000 followers from every state and around the world.

David battled many demons in his life, and he finally overcame them and started a foundation that has saved so many lives. He had a heart of gold, and always tried to please others. It wasn’t until he beat his demons that he was able to help others to reach their true positive potential. He showed what leveling up was all about, and truly loved and cared about every member of Never Give Up.
